WUSHU
A competitive martial arts sport that utilizes traditional & modern Chinese martial arts styles/elements in its routines
The sport of wushu was developed from Chinese martial arts in the 1940’s. As there are many traditional chinese martial arts styles, the development of wushu sport is to standardize the practice of traditional martial arts.
Hence, Wushu events are performed using compulsory or "individual routines" or taolu (套路) in competition and also Sanda (散打 competitive free fighting) influenced by traditional Chinese boxing as well as grappling techniques

TAI CHI
An ancient Chinese martial art that emphasises on flowing movements.
Combative Tai Chi: Focuses on the martial arts origins of tai chi. Practitioners train to redirect force, maintain balance, and use their opponent's momentum against them.
Wellness Tai Chi: Focuses on the health and well-being benefits of tai chi. The slow, controlled movements improve flexibility, balance, and coordination. The deep breathing aspect promotes relaxation and stress reduction. More common form practiced today
